This equipment is custom-built for the production of medical PC material shaker bottles, featuring 3 sets of injection molds and 9 sets of blow molds, perfectly matching the customer's large-volume, high-standard production needs. Upon delivery, our professional engineering team promptly went to the customer's site for commissioning. Faced with the task of adjusting 9 sets of blow molds, the team leveraged their rich experience and efficient execution, completing all adjustments in just 20 days, significantly shortening the customer's production cycle. Compared to the customer’s previous extrusion Blow Molding Machine, our Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine shows significant advantages: products are free from flash defects, effectively reducing waste of high-cost medical-grade PC materials; production efficiency is greatly improved, and with precise process control, the produced shaker bottles passed all dimensions and performance tests, far exceeding preset standards.                                                                                           
                   
          
Of particular note, the equipment adopts an injection molding process for the shaker bottle neck, ensuring extremely high dimensional accuracy and excellent sealing performance after the cap is screwed on. This fundamentally solves potential issues such as leakage and contamination that may arise from traditional equipment, perfectly aligning with the core requirements of medical packaging.
