In August 2025, Ningbo Kaotesi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully delivered an 18.9L PC water bottle injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) machine to a customer in Uganda. As far as we know, this equipment is the first 18.9L PC water bottle ISBM machine installed in Africa, marking another important milestone in our global expansion and technological leadership in large-volume PC water bottle manufacturing solutions.       Our company dispatched experienced technical engineers to the customer’s factory for installation and commissioning to ensure stable production. Thanks to the mature design of the equipment and the close cooperation between both teams, the installation and commissioning process was completed efficiently, and the machine was put into production in a very short time.                                             During operation, the 18.9L PC water bottle ISBM machine demonstrated excellent performance. The produced bottles feature high transparency, uniform wall thickness, and outstanding mechanical strength, fully meeting the quality requirements for pure drinking water packaging. Compared to the customer’s previous extrusion Blow Molding Machine, our Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine shows significant advantages: products are free from flash defects, effectively reducing waste of high-cost medical-grade PC materials; production efficiency is greatly improved, and with precise process control, the produced shaker bottles passed all dimensions and performance tests, far exceeding preset standards.                                                                                                                           Of particular note, the equipment adopts an injection molding process for the shaker bottle neck, ensuring extremely high dimensional accuracy and excellent sealing performance after the cap is screwed on.
